The history of mankind, the development of various cultures, the flowering and the death of civilizations for many centuries left us only some traces or fragments of their activities.

From time to time, you need to rethink, in computer language it is called defragmentation. For each of us, it is an extremely individual process, whether it is assessment of historical facts or perception of cultural values.

The cells of our consciousness and memory constantly update, then erase unnecessary information, then write down an interesting and useful one. 

If we compare three components - history, culture and climate, it can be seen that during the times of local natural deterioration (cooling, droughts etc.), the tendencies of tribal and national unity prevail, new states are formed, human intellect is growing, technological and cultural breakthroughs take place.   And, perhaps, the global warming predicted by scientists, as an option for the future of the Earth, will lead to a new cultural revolution - more progressive and more humane. Generations of this era will have to unite their puzzles, defragment the past, which will include our present.
